Founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife team Marcel and Evita Klimo, we set out to explore how powerful stories and heroic games can inspire people to get off the couch, overcome challenges, and do meaningful things with their lives.
What began as a passion project quickly evolved.
Over time, we started applying the same storytelling, game design, and motivation strategies to help small businesses and larger organizations grow sales, strengthen culture, and retain top talent.
The work we originally built for ourselves became a growing business that supports others, while still serving as a foundation for our own creative projects.
